Cooperation of ŚGP INDUSTRIA with the Kielce Technology Park
On January 9, 2023, the official signing of the cooperation agreement with the Kielce Technology Park took place. Thanks to the support of ŚGP INDUSTRIA, the KPT Energy Science Center in Kielce will expand its offer with educational workshops devoted to zero-emission energy sources and their effective use.
-“The construction of zero-emission energy sources and a hydrogen economy is a project planned for at least 10 years. After this time, we will see the first measurable effects. Young people who visit ECN today are 12-14 years old. However, when we develop our projects, they will be 22-24 years old. After about 10 years, these young people will be able to join the work on these projects. All the effort we make is for future generations. This is also how long it takes to decarbonise the economy based on hydrogen.-“- says Szczepan Ruman, President of the Management Board of ŚGP INDUSTRIA.
The goal of ECN is to popularize science through fun and experimentation. Interactive stands and devices specially designed and constructed for ECN make the exhibition unusual and extremely versatile.
From now on, the INDUSTRIA Energy Science Center will be a place where children will be able to learn, among others, how to reduce energy consumption, how to improve energy efficiency in everyday life, and how to use hydrogen, photovoltaic panels or wind energy.
– “The workshops will be a permanent element of our program, so children from the entire region will be able to take advantage of them” – explains Justyna Lichosik, director of the Kielce Technology Park.
The workshops will start in February this year, as the KPT director adds.
